It is one of the most common areas of expertise where many managers fall short because in most cases, it is the result of inadequate training or lack of knowledge on their part. This skill of clearly defining performance expectations is pertinent for the success of a company to attain a mutual level of compatible understanding between manager expectations and employee performance. The purpose of this seminar is to equip managers and supervisors with the ability to make decisions with consistency and developing a clear understanding of how to set, measure, and encourage excelling performance from their employees.
